I’m so happy to announce that I’m finally back again. Starting from next week I should be able to post regularly. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. You can’t imagine how much I missed blogging and interacting with you all. During the time that I wasn’t able to post frequently due to my working schedule, I realized how important blogging has become to me. It isn’t just a hobby anymore but a real passion of mine.
Recently I asked my Italian and German speaking followers and readers if it would be a problem for them to read all of my blog posts in English. Special thanks to Federica, Alessia, Mara, Antonella and Tiziana for your kind feedback. Alessia I know you’re still waiting for my tutorial on the Born Pretty nail stamps and I promise you it’s coming soon.
I’m totally aware that not everyone speaks and understands English but on the other hand, I had to make this tough decision. It was necessary to allow me to have more time to bring new things to you. Writing 4 blog posts every week and translating them into Italian and German (= 12 blog posts per week) takes some time even for me that I’m bilingual. I’ve seen here on WordPress some people that are blogging in 2 languages and I absolutely admire and respect them. I know how much work it goes into doing this especially if you’ve a full or part-time job.
I’m very sorry if some of you’re now disappointed with my decision but I can assure you it wasn’t something I came up with overnight. I spent some weeks searching for a way to have more time to write longer and more in-depth reviews. The first thing was, of course, to see if I could do my writings and translations in a more efficient way but no matter which program I’ll use (Grammarly or whatever) I still have to write my posts in 3 languages. I simply can’t just rely on a translation program. It would be just too easy don’t you think? Don’t get me wrong; those programs are great if you use them for single words or short sentences but not for 1000 words.
I really hope that you – Italian and German followers and readers – will still continue to support and follow me. Grazie / Danke for your understanding. Every single one of you is very important to me. Without all of you out there – and here I’m including my English speaking followers/readers too – I would never have reached nearly 300 followers.
I think I rambled enough for today and therefore I’m ending my blog post here.
Thank you so much for reading my blog post.
