Hello everyone!

I received this free sample from the online shop By Terry when I purchased the lipstick. I’ll give you my first impression but before I start, let’s read the description on the By Terry website:

“Offering long-lasting hydration, this serum adds freshness, luminosity and radiance to the skin. White Rose Stem Cells and flower acids work to smooth and soften the skin, resulting in an even, glowing complexion.

At the heart of the formula, Pastel and White Roses Stem Cells act simultaneously on the skin’s hydration levels to restore its radiance. Supported by cell-renewing flower acids, complexions are left smooth, brightened and even.

Apply morning and evening to face and neck”.

Price EUR 85.00 for 30 ml.

Now my two cents. Please bear in mind that I only had this free sample and I got 2 applications out of it. It’s certainly not enough to judge a product but I can give you for sure my first impression.

The smell is divine if you like roses. It isn’t overpowering but you can definitely smell it for a few minutes. The serum is fluid and clear. When you put it on your face and neck you get a nice cooling sensation. You need to let it dry which takes just a few minutes but unfortunately on me even when dry the serum remains sort of sticky. I suppose this is what keeps the moisture locked in the skin. Because I’ve an oily combination skin I don’t like this feeling. In the winter I can – more or less – get away with it but in the summer no. Applying foundation afterwards helped to reduce the stickiness. With only two applications I didn’t notice freshness, luminosity and radiance but – let’s be honest here – you really can’t expect to see results in a day.

Will I purchase the full size? No. Sorry By Terry but thank you so much for the free sample. I’m always very happy when I can try out products. I’m over the moon with your perfume and lipstick but this serum doesn’t suit my skin type.

This is, of course, my own opinion based on my skin type, and therefore I can’t guarantee that you’ll get the same result. I hope not.

This isn’t sponsored. I received this sachet as a free sample with my recent purchase.

Have you tried this serum? Please let me know in the comments below. I’d like to hear your opinion.

Thanks for reading my post, and have a wonderful time.
